I have been using this company for ~ 6 months, and tried a few of their products since I love tea. I can confirm (after a 3 month trial) that this tea blend elevates focus / concentration ability, and overall good feels + (and and and)! For an even more natural elevated focus / concentration experience, consider adding lions mane and / or bacopa monnieri, as needed, to ones daily regimen, which is what I commonly advise my quasi-ADHD patients to do. It provides a solid 4 - 6 hours worth of good focus / concentration. Lastly, I've found it particularly helpful in decreasing appetite (and therefore daily caloric intake) thus making it relatively easy to maintain the famous intermittent fasting 16:8 window (to support good health), that being not eating for 16 hours, and only eating in an 8 hour window, which has provided positive health benefits such as improved cardiovascular function, overall good energy, better sleep quality, and gradual fat loss (PS. I am also working out 4 - 5 times a week and eat in a measured, balanced and healthy manner as of late).
Fun Fact: Green tea can be considered as a a "natural Ozempic:" it increase GLP-1 receptor in the intestine, which improves satiation, and therefore decreasing appetite, therefore decreasing daily caloric intake, therefore decrease weight. When paired with exercise and a caloric deficit (with sufficient protein), it that can have significant weight loss effects. See study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24614112/
